ANSYS Korea Hosts Simulation World Korea 2025

ANSYS Korea (CEO Park Ju-il), a global engineering simulation company, announced on the 17th that it held its global annual event, 'Simulation World Korea 2025.'

'Simulation World Korea' is Korea's largest simulation conference, inviting domestic and international experts from academia, industry, and research, as well as customers, to share the latest simulation solutions, customer cases, and technology trends. It has established itself as a forum for exchange between ANSYS simulation experts and domestic simulation engineers.

The event, themed "Empower Innovators to Drive Human Advancement," took place at Lotte Hotel World in Seoul from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM on the 16th. Approximately 1,400 customers and industry professionals from various industries attended.

The morning session began with a welcoming address by CEO Park Ju-il, followed by keynote speeches such as “Faster Innovation through Simulation” by Walt Hearn, ANSYS Vice President of Global Sales and Customer Affairs; “Current Status and Future Outlook of Space Development in Korea” by Dr. Lee Sang-ryul of the Korea Aerospace Research Institute; “Current Status and Outlook of Application of Digital Twin-Based Simulation” by Samsung Electronics Vice President Lee Young-woong; and “The Future Expanding from Silicon to Systems” by Padmesh Mandloi, ANSYS Vice President of Customer Support Asia.

This was followed by presentations on the latest technologies by major domestic companies such as Hyundai Motor Company, Eletri, Space & Bean, and Unicorn, and the SAVE Team of Sungkyunkwan University, the grand prize winner of the 'ANSYS Simulation Challenge 2025' for college and graduate students, presented its research on the optimal combustion method for ammonia co-firing in thermal power generation.

In the afternoon, five tracks—Electronics, Semiconductors, Mobility, Aerospace/Defense & Space, and Industrial Machinery/Healthcare—held concurrently, facilitating information sharing and networking on key industry issues and technology trends. A separate Digital Safety Conference and Platform Track were also held.

“Simulation World Korea 2025 is Korea’s largest simulation conference, and it was an important opportunity for customers and stakeholders to come together to discuss industry challenges and share their vision,” said Park Ju-il, CEO of ANSYS Korea. “ANSYS will continue to do its best to provide the best technology and support to all customers.”
