Ucube received the Minister of Employment and Labor's Award for its contributions to job creation at the 2025 Government Awards Ceremony.

ICT specialized company Ucube (CEO Kim Jeong-beom) announced on the 16th that it received a commendation from the Minister of Employment and Labor at the '2025 Job Creation Support Government Award Ceremony' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

The awards were presented at a ceremony held at the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office Convention Hall on September 15th. Since 2009, the government has annually honored individuals and organizations that have contributed to improving employment culture, including creating quality jobs, promoting youth and female employment, reducing working hours, converting employees to regular workers, and promoting work-life balance.

Founded in 2020, Ucube is experiencing rapid growth within the ICT industry. The number of full-time employees has increased approximately 2.5-fold from 86 at the end of 2023 to 215 as of September 2025, and sales are also growing more than twofold each year. Accordingly, the company has established a new building in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with plans to move in as early as this year.

This year in particular, large-scale workforce expansion has been achieved, focusing on artificial intelligence (AI), national defense, and new business areas. UCUBE is leading the digital transformation (DX) of the public sector based on its SI·SM (system integration and operation) business, and has recently expanded its business into AI transformation (AX). Furthermore, the company is focusing on securing future growth engines through new businesses such as strengthening national defense security using quantum cryptography technology, the medical tourism platform "UCUBE Medi," and the smart farm solution "UCUBE Farm."

Kim Jung-beom, CEO of U Cube, said, “This award is a recognition of our continued investment in people and efforts to expand employment,” and added, “We will continue to fulfill our corporate social responsibility by quantitatively expanding jobs as well as qualitatively improving them, and lay the foundation for sustainable growth.”
