V Dream Co. , Ltd., which operates a work-from-home system specialized for the disabled, and Hancom With Co., Ltd. announced on the 15th that they have signed a business partnership agreement (MOU) for strategic cooperation across authentication, security, healthcare, and platforms.
Through this agreement, the two companies will prioritize cooperation on a total of six projects, including ▲development of facial authentication and integrated simple authentication relay technology ▲joint development of invisible watermark and personal information automation solutions ▲cooperation in the fields of special school safety care and silver healthcare ▲joint response to entering the Japanese market ▲joint promotion of the V-Dream platform business.
Vdream connects job seekers with disabilities and companies seeking to hire them through its specialized telecommuting system, "Flip," and supports sustainable employment for people with disabilities, focusing on positions that allow for telecommuting. They develop customized jobs for each disability type and, through job training, work monitoring, and a customized human resources management system, are changing the paradigm of the employment environment for people with disabilities.
Through this agreement, Vdream will establish a digital ecosystem for people with disabilities and other socially disadvantaged individuals. It plans to develop a personalized authentication system and strengthen information security to improve digital accessibility for people with disabilities. Furthermore, it plans to expand its business to include special school care and senior healthcare services, and its entry into the Japanese market will serve as a springboard for global expansion. Beyond being a work-from-home platform, Vdream aims to become a leading company in the digital inclusion ecosystem for people with disabilities.
