Lafdi (CEO Se-yong Oh), which operates the affiliate marketing service 'LinkD', announced on the 15th that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with Yesnet (CEO Seung-joo Park), an ERP system and data mining consulting company.
This agreement aims to build a joint sales network and expand collaborative business opportunities, leveraging the technological prowess and services of both companies. Through this agreement, the two companies plan to pursue various forms of collaboration, including product bundling, joint webinars, and consulting support.
Lafdi offers "LinkD," a B2B SaaS service that helps brands based on their own online malls design and operate affiliate marketing strategies. This service integrates with major e-commerce platforms like Cafe24, Godomall, and Makeshop, and can also be utilized within self-built, independent online mall environments.
Yesnet operates "CoDAi," a solution that supports ERP utilization. CoDAi allows online shopping mall operators to easily upload inventory and price information to their online stores using external ERP or Excel data, helping to improve the efficiency and accuracy of commerce operations.
“For early-stage startups, expanding their sales network is a critical task that can determine the success or failure of their business,” said Rafdi CEO Oh Se-yong. “Marketing and ERP are essential elements for each customer group, and we expect this collaboration to enable rapid and effective expansion of our sales network.”
“Marketing data and ERP data are key assets for the growth of commerce companies,” said Park Seung-joo, CEO of Yesnet. “Through this collaboration, we will provide data-driven insights to our clients and support more sophisticated business operations.”
