NV Motion Co., Ltd. (CEO Moon Doo-seong), a specialized manufacturer of bearing-use body parts, is pursuing listing on the KOSDAQ market through a merger with Mirae Asset Vision SPAC 3 (448830).
Enviro Motion announced on September 12th that it had submitted a securities registration statement to the Financial Services Commission regarding its merger with Mirae Asset Vision SPAC No. 3. The merger will be a SPAC liquidation transaction, with a merger price of KRW 8,278 and a merger ratio of 1 to 0.2416043. The shareholders' meeting is scheduled for November 4th, and the merger deadline is December 9th.
Enviro Motion is a specialized manufacturer specializing in the development and mass production of bearings and industrial drive components. It has successfully domestically produced ultra-precision ceramic balls. Its diverse product portfolio includes steel balls, tapered rollers, and ceramic precursors. It also boasts production facilities capable of handling the entire process, from core materials to module production.
Based on this technological prowess and production base, the company has been steadily supplying products to not only the domestic market but also global bearing manufacturers. Recently, with the increasing demand for high-performance components with high temperature, high speed, and corrosion resistance, the company is also expanding its opportunities in cutting-edge industries such as semiconductors, electronics, aviation, and energy.
Enviromotion announced that while it experienced a temporary sales decline in 2024 due to the global economic slowdown, it successfully returned to operating profit in 2025, driven by increased supply of its core products and improved process efficiency. It expects sales growth in the second half of the year, driven by new products such as ultra-precision ceramic balls.
A company official said, “We plan to thoroughly prepare all requirements for listing and complete the merger process in a stable manner,” adding, “We will proactively respond to customer demand by expanding production capacity and automating facilities, and continue to invest in technology development for the domestic production of new material precursors.”
