Brils Selected as "2025 Korea's Best Employer"

Robotics company Brils (CEO Jeon Jin) announced that it was selected as the '2025 Korea's Best Job Creation Company' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

The "Korea's Top Employers" award recognizes 100 companies annually for their contributions to creating quality jobs and improving working environments. This year's award ceremony was held on the 11th at the Korea Federation of SMEs' KBIZ Hall in Yeouido, Seoul, and was attended by approximately 300 people, including Minister of Employment and Labor Kim Young-hoon and representatives of top companies.

Brils was selected as a top company this year in recognition of its commitment to employee satisfaction through proactive recruitment, a horizontal organizational culture, a flexible work environment, and various welfare programs. Key benefits include biannual incentives, welfare points, university and graduate school tuition assistance, and birthday gifts. The company also implements a flextime system, a half-day/half-day leave system, a cafeteria and fitness center, and job training.

Additionally, the company is strengthening its family-friendly policies, including implementing "Family Day," allowing employees to leave work early every Friday, subsidizing family leave, and providing childcare and entrance congratulatory money for preschool-aged children. Quarterly labor-management council meetings address employee grievances, and various employment expansion policies are being implemented, including hiring senior employees, internship and job experience programs, and the introduction of a work-study program.

Brils has been recognized for its excellence in various fields, including being selected as a Strong Small and Medium Enterprise by the Ministry of Employment and Labor in 2023 and 2024, receiving the Happy SME Job Award, and being selected as a Family-Friendly Enterprise by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in 2024.

“We will do our best to recruit excellent talent and create a work environment that promotes work-life balance for our employees,” said Jeon Jin-Briels CEO.
