Inspeon Selected as "Korea's Best Employer by 2025"

Inspeon Co., Ltd. , an IT solutions specialist, announced on the 11th that it was selected as the '2025 Korea Job Creation Top Company' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

The 'Top Companies for Job Creation in Korea' is a system in which the Ministry of Employment and Labor selects and encourages 100 companies that have contributed to job creation and job quality improvement every year since 2018. Selected companies are provided with various benefits, including a presidential plaque, preferential credit ratings, preferential loan support interest rates, additional points for procurement, and issuance of preferential immigration cards.

Inspian received high marks for its continued employment expansion, stable job creation, work-life balance, and labor-management cooperation and shared growth. Notably, the company established a stable employment environment by hiring 100% of its employees as full-time employees. As of 2024, more than 70% of new hires will be under the age of 35, and the company has been expanding youth employment by leveraging the Ministry of Employment and Labor's "Job Jump Incentive" program. Furthermore, the company operates a long-term employment incentive program to simultaneously secure youth employment stability and corporate growth momentum.

In addition to efforts to create a workplace free of overtime, the company has introduced various work-life balance support programs, including a staggered work schedule, a long-term service award system, and an annual leave usage campaign. The company also prioritizes employee welfare, including birthday gift certificates, condolence benefits, optional welfare allowances, resort benefits, and support for club activities. Recently, the company expanded its headquarters and relocated, improving the work environment by adding new in-house break rooms and amenities.
