
AI managed service company Bespin Global (CEO Heo Yang-ho) announced on the 10th that it participated as a Black Diamond sponsor in the 'Snowflake World Tour Seoul 2025' event held on September 9th and introduced related technologies and solutions.
The "Snowflake World Tour" is an annual event hosted by global data cloud company Snowflake in major cities around the world, sharing the latest technology trends and use cases in data and AI. The Seoul event attracted significant participation from domestic and international data and AI experts, garnering significant industry attention.
At this event, Bespin Global showcased its data and AI technology capabilities and strengthened its strategic partnership with Snowflake. Jang Ik-cheol, Head of Data & AI Division, presented a case study of building a Snowflake-based data platform and introduced HelpNow AutoMSP, an AI-based operational automation solution.
HelpNow AutoMSP is a solution that automates repetitive operational tasks in cloud operating environments. Currently, more than 80% of approximately 520 tasks are automated. In his presentation, Director Jang emphasized the need for data operational efficiency and AI transformation, stating, "We've also seen cases where cloud operations management teams' productivity has improved by up to 90%."
Bespin Global has been continuously strengthening its capabilities to provide industry-specific AI solutions, including implementing an AI-focused organizational restructuring last year and establishing a new Data AI headquarters. Currently, the company is developing AI strategies, building big data platforms, and commercializing technologies in various areas, including MLOps, LLMOps, and RAGOps.
The company plans to use this event as an opportunity to expand its Snowflake-based data operation services, strengthen customized AI transformation consulting, and expand its platform business targeting the global market.
