Daily Beer (CEO Sangjin Lim), a premium beer manufacturing and branding company, announced on the 9th that it had signed a total of two craft beer export contracts by participating in the 'Hong Kong Food Expo (FOOD EXPO 2025)' held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center from August 14th to 16th.
Organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the Hong Kong Food Fair is Asia's leading food and beverage event. This year, in its 35th edition, the fair featured over 1,200 companies from 25 countries and attracted approximately 40,000 buyers and industry professionals. A multifaceted event encompassing both B2B and B2C, it has established itself as a platform for global F&B companies to network and explore export markets.
Daily Beer focused on promoting the quality and competitiveness of Korean craft beer through this expo and on establishing a bridgehead for expansion into the Asian market. As a result, the company signed two export MOUs with local buyers and also announced progress in establishing a stable distribution base through separate verbal discussions with a Hong Kong logistics company.
A company official said, “Hong Kong is a major trading hub in Asia and a market where global food and beverage trends are quickly reflected, so participating in this expo was a significant opportunity to expand our overseas presence,” adding, “We will continue to increase the global awareness of our brand, focusing on premium craft beer.”
