
Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Lee Hae-jeong, hereinafter referred to as Gangwon Innovation Center) announced that it held the '2025 Bio-Healthcare Future Talent Training' at Forest Resort in Jecheon, Chungcheongbuk-do from September 8th to 9th to strengthen the overseas expansion capabilities of start-ups in the bio-healthcare field.
This training program was organized as part of the "Regional Innovation Cluster (Non-R&D) Phase 2 Project," supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. It aims to systematically enhance the practical trade capabilities of bio and healthcare startups in the Gangwon region and lay the foundation for global expansion.
The training, co-planned with the Korea International Trade Association Academy, focused on essential elements of global business development, including export item and overseas market analysis, marketing strategy development, buyer identification, and IR presentation preparation. A key feature of the program was its combination of theoretical lectures, practical training, and expert mentoring, enabling participants to develop and implement practical market entry strategies.
An official from the Gangwon Innovation Center said, “This training provided an opportunity for bio and healthcare companies to develop their own export strategies based on a practical understanding of the global market,” and added, “We will continue to provide support so that promising companies in the province can secure global competitiveness.”
