AI-based comprehensive service agency Meisters (CEO Hongjun Cheon) announced on the 9th that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with AI agent startup Enhance (CEO Seunghyun Lee).
Under the shared vision of 'Enhance Intelligence,' the two companies have agreed to collaborate on the development of a 'Blue Collar AI Agent' that can increase the productivity and efficiency of blue-collar engineers by combining Meisters' field service expertise and Enhance's AI technology.
The "Blue Collar AI Agent" is an AI-based, data-responsive system that provides optimized service to customers by considering various variables, such as region, situation, and product, during engineer service processes such as on-site installation and after-sales service. It aims to minimize direct communication between customers and service representatives.
This collaboration is expected to enhance service quality and increase productivity by combining Meisters' pool of approximately 300 expert engineers and field service experience with Enhance's advanced AI agent technology. In particular, the application of AI technology to blue-collar industries, which typically rely on unskilled labor, is expected to strengthen the competitiveness of the engineering services sector.
Meisters received the highest technology credit rating of TI-4 from the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KIBO) and recently secured Series A funding. Sales in the first half of this year have already surpassed 12 billion won last year, demonstrating rapid growth.
Inhance operates its own proprietary CommerceOS and AI agent platform, AIAP. Over 80% of its employees are IT and AI experts. Furthermore, it is the only Korean company selected for the startup fellowship hosted by global company Palantir.
“This partnership, which combines Inhance’s AI automation technology and Meisters’ field expertise, will be a significant turning point in establishing a new business model,” said Meisters CEO Hongjun Cheon.
