HNIX Signs Business Agreement with Etibus

Total IT service company HNIX (CEO Dong-won Cha) announced on the 8th that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with cloud and infrastructure specialist ETEVERS (CEO Beom-su Kim) and will begin full-scale cooperation in the cloud and digital transformation (DX) fields.

This agreement aims to strengthen the competitiveness of both companies by going beyond a simple technology partnership and establishing a practical cooperation model encompassing both sales and technology.

Through this collaboration, the two companies plan to pursue various initiatives, including: proposing sales-linked technologies, identifying joint customers, providing customized cloud solutions, and hosting joint seminars and information sessions to expand market reach. HNIX will leverage its experience in executing large-scale projects and its customer network to identify new business opportunities, while Etibus will provide technical support in areas such as cloud native, multi-cloud, and operational automation.

Additionally, the two companies plan to establish a structured collaboration system by establishing a quarterly consultative body to review business status and identify opportunities for cooperation. When pursuing joint projects, the two companies plan to clearly define roles through separate contracts to enhance execution.

HNIX is a comprehensive IT services company with approximately 200 IT professionals. Its services include system development and operation, information security, and consulting, as well as convergence businesses based on digital technologies such as AI, RPA, IoT, and the metaverse.
