Pablo Airlines CEO Kim Young-jun receives the Prime Minister's Award for "2025 SME Innovation Contribution."

Kim Young-jun, CEO of Pablo Aviation, a company specializing in autonomous swarm control of unmanned vehicles, has received the Prime Minister's Award for his contributions to the development of the drone industry through management innovation activities. Pablo Aviation announced on the 8th that CEO Kim received the Prime Minister's Award in the "Management Innovation" category at the "2025 Small and Medium Enterprise Innovation Awards Ceremony" held at the Jeju International Convention Center on the 4th.

Since founding Pablo Aviation in 2018, CEO Kim Young-jun has been highly recognized for his contributions to the growth of the company and the advancement of the domestic drone industry through systematic management innovation across various areas, including business models, products and services, digital, and ESG. Pablo Aviation has rapidly established an integrated business system through business model innovation and proactive pivoting across diverse business areas, including defense unmanned aerial vehicles, drone art shows, inspections, drone delivery, and UAM (Urban Air Mobility).

In particular, Pablo Aviation is striving to secure its own capabilities from research and development to production in order to leap forward as a platform company, and is continuing its management innovation activities by recently acquiring and merging with Volk, a defense precision processing company with 40 years of history. In addition, it has been recognized for its contribution to improving domestic drone technology by developing a diverse product portfolio, such as the 'Pablo X' series of performance drones that combine fireworks and water performances, the 'Pablo M' for national defense, the 'Pablo S' for inspection, and the UAM traffic management platform.

In addition, the company received high marks for its digital innovations, including swarm autonomous flight, real-time control, and AI-based inspection platforms, as well as ESG innovations, including the establishment of a carbon-neutral unmanned logistics system, ethical management, and youth job creation.
