Metabuild Co., Ltd. (CEO Cho Poong-yeon) , a data AI specialist company, and Iris Frontier Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Seong-han), an AI and natural language processing specialist company, announced on September 5 that they signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) to lead the AI native serving market and strengthen global competitiveness.
This agreement aims to establish a cooperative system to promote the expansion of artificial intelligence (AI) transformation (AX) centered on the public and financial sectors and joint entry into overseas markets, leveraging the technological prowess and business experience of both companies.
Metabuild holds the leading market share in the MESIM (Medium-Effective System Integration) middleware (MESIM) sector and has been leading the transition to AX in the public sector through its "MESIM AX," which integrates AI into MESIM middleware, and its recently launched AI native serving platform, "LLaMLON AX." Iris Frontier has extensive experience implementing AI projects in the public and financial sectors, with solutions such as chat consultations based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large-Large Language Models (LLMs), AI consultation assistants, RAGs, and voice bots.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to cooperate in four major areas: ▲joint development of performance-guaranteed AI services, ▲expanding the AX market targeting public institutions, ▲creating an AI native serving technology ecosystem, and ▲jointly entering overseas markets.
Based on this collaboration, Metabuild and AirisFrontier plan to expand a reliable, performance-oriented AI adoption model across the public and private sectors, and jointly pursue entry into the global AI market in the long term.
