Dicarbon Receives the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Award for Outstanding Enterprise in the 4th Industrial Revolution by 2025

Carbon-neutral hydrogen economy company Decarbon (CEO Jisoo Kim) announced on the 4th that it received the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Award at the '2025 4th Industrial Revolution Excellent Company' awards ceremony co-hosted by the Korea Press Association and the National Assembly's Action Forum for Sustainable Growth.

The "2025 4th Industrial Revolution Outstanding Companies" awards ceremony recognizes outstanding companies that are successfully leading the Fourth Industrial Revolution's technologies into convergent businesses. The ceremony aims to highlight their innovative technologies, research achievements, and business status. The ceremony was held at the National Assembly Members' Hall, and Kim Ji-soo, CEO of Dicarbon, received the award.

Last year, DiCarbon was recognized as a hydrogen specialist by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE) for its unrivaled technology and expertise in an eco-friendly, low-carbon process that pyrolyzes waste to produce combustible gas and then uses it as an energy source. Furthermore, its selection as one of the MOTIE's "Innovation Premier 1000" program this year demonstrates the company's high recognition for its future growth potential.

DeCarbon CEO Kim Ji-soo expressed his gratitude for the award, saying, "I believe the award highly recognizes our next-generation waste treatment technology, which can simultaneously achieve resource circulation and carbon reduction through eco-friendly waste treatment and resource recovery, contributing to a sustainable future." Kim continued, "We will accelerate our R&D efforts to further advance our technological capabilities and become a leading company in achieving a carbon-neutral society."
