
Emerson Korea (CEO Jae-sung Jeong) announced on the 4th that it held "Emerson Tech Connect" seminars in key domestic industrial hubs, including Pohang, Cheongju, and Yeosu. The seminars concluded with demonstrations of solutions tailored to the specific industries of each region and the latest products, targeting automation, safety, and purchasing executives.
Emerson Tech Connect seminars were designed to provide next-generation automation solutions and technology insights that can simultaneously achieve industrial safety and operational efficiency, key challenges in plant operations. Based on the industrial structure and characteristics of each region, the seminars presented optimized solutions for customers in the battery, chemical, power, and renewable energy sectors; chemical, food and beverage, life sciences, and metals; and refining, chemical, and power sectors.
Emerson Korea showcased innovative technologies, including industry-specific distributed control system (DCS) platforms, real-time monitoring and data-driven operations via Plantweb, and easy-to-install, non-intrusive smart instrumentation solutions. Customer case studies and demonstrations also shared the real-world results of various solutions designed to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and safety.
In addition, the company presented differentiated solutions for plant operation automation and optimization through a broad product portfolio that includes alarm management, virtual simulation, new measurement and flow control technologies, control and performance optimization utilizing AI functions, and safety valves for process protection.
