NV Motion Co., Ltd. (CEO Moon Doo-seong), a specialized manufacturer of bearing-use body parts, announced on the 4th that it had received preliminary approval for listing on KOSDAQ from the Korea Exchange.
Enviromotion is pursuing a KOSDAQ listing through a merger with Mirae Asset Vision SPAC 3. It submitted its preliminary review application on May 19th. With this approval, the merger listing process will begin in earnest.
Founded in 2011, Envir Motion specializes in the development and mass production of bearings and industrial drive components, including steel balls, tapered rollers, and ceramic precursors. Leveraging proprietary technology, the company has internalized all processes in-house, ensuring rapid delivery and a stable supply system.
As the only specialized manufacturer in Korea capable of developing and mass-producing various precursor products, including tapered shapes, the company is expanding its market share by replacing imported products from Japan, Germany, and other countries in the high-precision parts sector, where domestic production is difficult.
Enviro Motion was the first in Korea to commercialize high-precision, high-heat-resistant G5-grade steel balls, supplying them to the electric vehicle and high-precision industrial machinery markets. Furthermore, through a national project funded by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Enviro Motion successfully domestically produced silicon nitride ceramic balls for electric vehicle reducers. This product, leveraging the unique properties of ceramic materials, is seeing growing demand in sectors requiring high speeds and high efficiency, such as semiconductors, robotics, aerospace, and defense.
The company stated, “Based on our technological prowess and price competitiveness, we are securing global bearing manufacturers as our clients, and we are further expanding our supply chain through the mass production of our new business, ceramic balls.” The company added, “We will strengthen our portfolio centered on high value-added products to enhance our competitiveness in the global bearing sector.”
