Compaq Signs Business Agreement with Healing Farm Now

Compaq Inc. (CEO Jae-Beom Shim) announced on the 1st that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Healing Farm Jjam in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do, on August 27th to digitally transform and enhance the efficiency of its operations. Through this agreement, Compaq plans to plan and develop dedicated Healing Farm features for its vertical SaaS solution for farmers, FarmersHAMA.

'Farmer's Hama' is a platform that provides ▲software-based payment function (SoftPOS) for agricultural product sales ▲reservation and customer management functions, and is a solution developed for general farmers and operators of experiential and healing farms.

In this agreement, the Healing Farm now proposed the development of functions to address tasks that occur repeatedly during the on-site operation process (e.g., pre- and post-program evaluations, report writing, etc.) and to respond to the certification system for excellent healing agricultural facilities. Based on this, Compaq plans to reflect the specialized functions of the Healing Farm into Farmer's Hama.

Accordingly, in addition to existing general-purpose functions, Farmers Hama will provide additional functions exclusive to healing farms, such as ▲automatic report generation for pre- and post-experience program evaluations ▲response to the certification system for excellent healing agricultural facilities.

Compaq is a company that has developed vertical SaaS solutions specialized for each industry. It has previously achieved commercial success by providing integrated reservation, customer management, and mobile card payment functions through 'BeautyHAMA' for the beauty service industry.

Jae-Beom Shim, CEO of Compaq, said, “Farmers Hama will go beyond simple payment and reservation management functions and be equipped with customized features that can solve the practical operational problems of healing farms,” and “Following Beauty Hama, we will present the standard for vertical SaaS solutions in the agricultural sector as well.”

A representative of Healing Farm expressed his expectations, saying, “Automating repetitive tasks in the field and establishing a certification system can simultaneously increase operational efficiency and credibility,” and “This function can also be used as data to objectively prove the effectiveness of healing farming.”
