All My Tour attracts 8 billion won in investment, bringing total investment to 11 billion won.

Allmytour (CEO Seok Young-gyu) , an AI-based global bedbank solution company, announced on the 28th that it has completed attracting a total of 8 billion won in Series A investment.

Shinhan Venture Investment participated as the lead investor in this round, along with major financial institutions such as Woori Financial Group and KB Securities, as well as venture capital firms such as Dasung Ventures, K-Lun Ventures, Kiros Venture Investment, and Korea Investment Accelerator. This brings All My Tour's cumulative investment to 11 billion won.

AllmyTour operates a B2B distribution platform that supplies Korean hotel products to travel agencies and OTAs (online travel agencies) worldwide. Through its proprietary "Global B2B Cloud Channeling Solution," the company has established partnerships with approximately 2,000 global travel agencies. Recently, the company has expanded its B2C reach through the domestic subscription-based OTA "Awesome Membership." Its commerce model, leveraging a voucher-based reservation system, generated KRW 15 billion in transactions in the first half of this year, demonstrating its success in the B2B2C sector.

According to the company, this investment was positively received for demonstrating both sales growth and market fit by applying the relatively unfamiliar Bedbank business model in a hybrid manner. Indeed, All My Tour has achieved an average annual sales growth rate of 108% since its launch, reaching approximately KRW 26 billion in sales last year. Notably, more than half of its total sales come from foreign travelers to Korea, securing a revenue structure distinct from the domestic-centric structure of the existing accommodation distribution industry.

With this investment, AllmyTour plans to: ▲launch an AI-based direct hotel booking solution; ▲launch a global version of Awesome Membership; ▲recruit technical talent and strengthen R&D; ▲expand partnerships with global travel agencies. Furthermore, the company aims to secure direct contracts with 100,000 accommodations worldwide by 2027 and strengthen its position as a "K-hotel distribution platform" by expanding into overseas markets like Japan, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.

Seok-Gyu Seok, CEO of All My Tour, said, “Through this investment, we have once again verified the potential of our technology and business model,” and added, “We will continue to grow as a platform to eliminate inefficiencies in the accommodation distribution industry and strengthen the global competitiveness of Korean hotels.”
