Crescom (CEO Jaejun Lee), a company specializing in musculoskeletal AI medical image analysis, announced on the 25th that it will participate in the 26th annual conference of the Asian Musculoskeletal Society (AMS) to be held at the Singapore EXPO from August 29th to 31st.
The AMS Congress is a prestigious international academic event bringing together musculoskeletal imaging experts from across Asia. This year, it will be co-hosted with the Singapore Society of Radiology (SRS) and the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR). The event will focus on the latest developments in musculoskeletal imaging diagnostics, as well as the advancements in medical artificial intelligence (AI), particularly in East Asia.
At this academic conference, Crescom will showcase its self-developed musculoskeletal AI analysis solution at its exhibition booth and plans to expand its global partnerships through on-site meetings with medical experts and industry professionals.
Crescom is currently developing and commercializing various musculoskeletal AI solutions, including ▲'MediAI-BA', which automatically analyzes bone age based on pediatric hand X-rays; ▲'MediAI-OA', which quantitatively analyzes knee osteoarthritis in general X-ray images; and ▲'MediAI-FX', which detects scaphoid fractures in general X-rays for the first time in the world. These solutions are already being utilized in domestic hospitals and in some overseas markets such as Thailand, and 'MediAI-OA' is also being used in the evaluation process of the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service in Korea.
“The AMS conference is an important opportunity for Asian musculoskeletal imaging experts to gather together,” said Lee Jae-jun, CEO of Crescom. “Through this participation, we will expand our cooperative network in the Southeast Asian and East Asian markets and lay the foundation for the global advancement of AI-based musculoskeletal imaging analysis technology.”
