
Startup Wisop (CEO Kim Gyu-han) announced on the 26th that it signed a three-party business agreement (MOU) with Earlypay (CEO Jang Hwan-seong), a payment and advance settlement solution company, and Devdi (CEO Kim Ki-tae), a monthly rent card payment solution company, on the 1st to support small business owners in improving their cash flow and operational efficiency.
This agreement aims to alleviate the financial pressures and operational inefficiencies faced by small business owners and establish a foundation for stable business operations. Each company plans to provide practical support measures by linking its core services.
Devdi helps businesses spread the burden of fixed expenses through "Zipup Pay," which allows them to pay their monthly rent by card. Early Pay improves cash flow through its "Sales Advance Settlement" service, which allows small business owners to settle their sales in advance. WeSoap supports the digital transformation of repetitive operational tasks through its store operation automation solution, "ShopSol."
The representatives of each company expressed their expectations for the practical effects of this agreement. Devdi CEO Kim Ki-tae emphasized, "Reducing the burden of monthly rent payments is the starting point for alleviating financial difficulties." Earlypay CEO Jang Hwan-seong stated, "We will support small business owners in securing timely sales revenue, thereby facilitating predictable business operations."
