RaonSecure Hosts '2025 Security Up & Hackathon'

Laonsecure (CEO Lee Soon-hyung and Lee Jeong-ah) , a specialized IT security and authentication platform company, announced on the 26th that it will hold the '2025 Secure Up & Hackathon' at COEX in Seoul on September 23rd. This event, which is in its 13th year, will share the latest trends and convergence strategies in security and authentication technology under the theme of 'The Future Connected by Web3 & AI.'

For the first time, RaonSecure will offer three thematic tracks at this year's event. Track A will feature presentations on security technologies, including global security and authentication trends, quantum-resistant cryptography (PQC), and digital credentials. Track B will focus on metaverse-based education platforms and Web3/AI convergence cases. Track C will feature a hackathon finals, where participants will compete for blockchain and AI-based ideas.

Track A, in particular, will feature domestic and international security experts offering insights into the present and future of security technology. Track B will showcase industrial application cases and related technologies from partner companies, focusing on the metaverse practice platform "MetaDemi." Track C will host the final round of a hackathon with 209 participating teams, with the winning team receiving up to 1 billion won in startup support and opportunities to expand overseas.

This event is hosted by the Korea Digital Certification Association and co-hosted by RaonSecure and the Global Digital Innovation Network (GDIN). Key sponsors include the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation, Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), as well as major public institutions and private companies.

Pre-registration for the event is available on the official website, and those who register will receive a digital badge called the "OmniOne Badge." The first 300 visitors to the event will also receive a souvenir.
