NC AI Signs Business Agreement with Yuracle

NC AI and mobile and platform specialist Yuracle announced on the 25th that they signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) at the NC AI headquarters in Pangyo to expand AI-based innovative services and target the corporate market. Through this agreement, the two companies plan to pursue a joint project combining NC AI's AI platform 'VARCO' and Yuracle's AI platform 'Athena', and collaborate on the development and commercialization of innovative services that combine AI technology and mobile platforms.

Developed by NC AI, VARCO is a platform that supports AI innovation across various industries based on cutting-edge AI technology. Meanwhile, Euracle's Athena platform has proven its effectiveness in AI transformation efforts across numerous companies. Through this collaboration, both companies aim to provide a customized AI platform for businesses leveraging multimodal data.

NC AI CEO Lee Yeon-soo said, “We expect the expansion of the VARCO service into the corporate market and technological advancement through our collaboration with Oracle.” Oracle CEO Kwon Tae-il said, “Through the collaboration between our two companies, we have been able to develop AI service models utilizing various multi-modal data,” and “The Athena platform will develop into a service platform that meets the AI transformation needs of companies.”
