Acornsoft's NHN Cloud-based "Cocktail Cloud Online" Obtains CSAP Certification

Acornsoft (CEO Youngsoo Lee) , a domestic cloud native specialist company, announced on the 26th that its cloud native platform 'Cocktail Cloud Online' has obtained 'CSAP (Cloud Security Assurance Program) certification' based on NHN Cloud infrastructure.

CSAP certification is administered by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), and is considered an essential security requirement for entering the public cloud market.

This certification is significant in that it marks the first time NHN's cloud infrastructure has achieved multi-cloud PaaS certification, following the existing KT cloud environment. This certification provides benefits such as guaranteed service continuity independent of specific infrastructure, enhanced redundancy-based failure and disaster response, customized services tailored to each organization's security policies, and cost-effectiveness while eliminating vendor lock-in.

Acornsoft's CSAP certification for both KT Cloud and NHN Cloud environments is seen as an official demonstration that domestic cloud-native technology can meet stable operation and security requirements in diverse cloud environments. This demonstrates that the "Cocktail Cloud" platform is gaining attention for its security and reliability, making it ideal for deployment in public institutions.

Based on this certification, Acornsoft plans to provide a reliable cloud-native environment that addresses cyber resilience and support the stable digital transformation of public and private customers.

“Cocktail Cloud Online is Korea’s first SaaS-type cloud native platform, and has created an environment where AI and SaaS service providers can freely choose from a variety of CSPs (cloud service providers),” said Lee Young-soo, CEO of Acornsoft. “We will continue to expand our online services with the goal of obtaining CSAP certification tailored to the global CSP environment.”
