MakinaRocks (CEO Seongho Yoon) , an industry-specialized artificial intelligence (AI) company, announced that it will hold the AI conference 'ATTENTION 2025' at the Yangjae L Tower in Seoul on September 4th.
Now in its second year, ATTENTION 2025, MakinaRocks' flagship AI event, will be held under the theme "AI that Thinks, Acts, and Transforms Industries." The conference will focus on how agentic AI is being utilized in industrial settings to achieve hyper-productivity.
Key domestic and international AI and industry leaders, including LG, Furiosa AI, Upstage, Real World, Korea Water Resources Corporation, Doosan Energy, Hyundai AutoEver, Korea Military Academy, and NVIDIA, will participate to share diverse case studies and technological trends. Last year's event attracted approximately 700 applicants, and this year, interest is growing, with approximately 1,000 applicants registering within just one week of the opening of applications.
The morning session of the conference will feature keynote addresses by Yoon Seong-ho, CEO of MakinaRocks, and Lim Woo-hyung, Co-Director of LG AI Research. The following panel discussion will be moderated by Eum Byeong-chan, CEO of Despector, and key figures from Furiosa AI, Upstage, MakinaRocks, and Real World will discuss the future direction of agentic AI and strategies for its application in industrial settings.
The afternoon session will feature presentations of real-world AI cases, with Yongseop Lim, CAIO of MakinaRocks, kicking off with a presentation titled "The First Step to Agentic AI Applications: Opportunities and Practical Guides by Industry." Following this, various organizations and companies, including the Korea Water Resources Corporation, Doosan Energy, Hyundai Autoever, Korea Military Academy, LG Electronics Production Technology Institute, MakinaRocks, and NVIDIA, will share practical AI-based application cases. The event will also feature demonstrations of the AI platform "Runway" and industry-specific AI agents, and a giveaway event for participants.
