Crit Ventures Makes Strategic Investment in Global Content Production Company Rezim International

Early-stage startup investment firm Crit Ventures (CEO Song Jae-jun) announced that it has invested in Rezim International (hereinafter referred to as Rezim), a global comprehensive entertainment company focused on content production.

Lizim has a business structure encompassing the entire entertainment industry, including management, production, and agency operations. It also possesses a system capable of producing a wide range of content, including music, video, choreography, and MD. The company's creative division is led by DPR IAN, executive producer and artist of the DPR Crew.

Lee Jim, who is in charge of the global management of DPR Crew, is making a mark in the global music market, recording 90.4 million streams in the US in 2024 and attracting over 420,000 audiences through world tours.

Lizim operates various production studios, including VB Studio, 815 Video, and Muraive, and produces all content in-house, including music, video, performance, and graphic design. This production system is also applied to collaborations with external artists, and its accumulated production capabilities serve as the foundation for its management and agency operations.

Through this investment, Rezim plans to expand into various new businesses, including ▲ expanding its agency centered on well-known artists, ▲ discovering and nurturing new artists, ▲ strengthening its production capabilities, and ▲ launching a street fashion brand, in addition to enhancing its management business.

A representative from Crit Ventures stated, “Rezim is a production-focused entertainment company that has proven its content competitiveness in the global market,” and added, “Crit Ventures will continue to make strategic investments in companies with differentiated content capabilities in the global market to support the growth of the domestic content industry.”
