The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center) announced that it is recruiting companies to participate in the 'Japan Expansion Office Hours' program for Creative Economy Innovation Center-funded companies that wish to advance into Japan.
This year, Busan Changgyeong is serving as a strategic hub for the advancement of companies incubated by the National Creative Economy Innovation Center into Japan, operating various programs to support their expansion into Japan.
As part of this effort, the Office Hours program aims to provide 1:1 online mentoring and advisory support from experts in various fields necessary for entering the Japanese market, including establishment of Japanese corporations, Japanese finance, taxation, and accounting, Japanese intellectual property rights, local recruitment, human resources, labor, local investment, and open innovation partnerships.
This Office Hour will feature professional consulting from various experts in Japan, including PKSHA CAPITAL and Milestone Patent Law Firm.
The recruitment target is a nationwide Creative Economy Innovation Center incubated company in the technology and service field that was established after August 12, 2018 and has been in operation for less than 7 years.
This program, which provides up to two free 1:1 mentoring sessions (up to two hours) with experts in each field per company, will be open for applications on an ongoing basis until the budget runs out.
Companies interested in participating can submit an application via Google Form, available on the Busan Changgyeong website's announcement page. After submission, a schedule will be discussed with the operating agency representative, and office hours consulting will be provided.
Busan Changgyeong Global Open Innovation Team Manager Kim Jin-seok said, “We expect that through close mentoring with Japanese experts in each field, it will provide practical help for the global expansion of companies incubated at Creative Economy Innovation Centers across the country,” and asked for the interest and participation of many companies.
