Logpresso Hires Former AT&T Japan Vice President Tommy Matsumoto

Cloud SIEM specialist Logpresso (CEO Yang Bong-yeol) announced on the 18th that it has hired former AT&T Japan Vice President Tommy Matsumoto as an advisor to expand its business in the Japanese market.

Advisor Matsumoto has contributed significantly to the development of Japan's telecommunications and internet industries. While at AT&T Japan, he was involved in the commercialization of the internet in Japan. He has also played a key role in global internet policy and technology development through international organizations, including as Vice President of the Japan Internet Information Center (JPNIC), an Advisory Committee Member of ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), and Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Networking Group (APNG).

Leveraging Advisor Matsumoto's industry experience and global network, Logpresso plans to expand collaborations with major Japanese companies and MSSPs (Managed Security Service Providers) and accelerate its entry into the cloud-based security solutions market.
