Momens Investment Consulting (CEO Ye Seung-jin) announced on the 14th that it was selected as 'M&A Partners', a private merger and acquisition (M&A) brokerage agency operated by the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as KIBO).
'M&A Partners' is a system operated by Kibo in cooperation with private specialized organizations to support smooth M&A transactions for small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies. It selects institutions with high expertise and reliability and entrusts them with M&A brokerage work.

Accordingly, Momens Investment Consulting plans to provide specialized advisory services to SMEs across the entire process, from identifying and providing information on companies for sale and purchase, to negotiations and transaction conclusions, through both online and offline channels. Furthermore, by being entrusted with M&A brokerage services by the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KOTIC), Momens Investment Consulting plans to contribute to enhancing the efficiency of corporate matching and transaction stability.
Momens Investment Consulting CEO Seungjin Ye stated, “Through our collaboration with the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KOTIF), we will support small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies in pursuing more strategic and stable M&A. We will leverage our accumulated expertise and customized advisory capabilities to contribute to corporate growth and enhanced industrial competitiveness.”
