Global AI agent startup Liner (CEO Jinwoo Kim) announced on the 14th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with global future talent development company UDI Impact (CEO Jeongheon Kim).
This agreement aims to enhance the effectiveness of practical AI-based education and strengthen the digital capabilities of the startup ecosystem through AI agents. Liner has been providing AI-based search agents to college students, master's and doctoral researchers, and other professionals, enhancing information exploration and research productivity. Founded in 2015, UDI Impact is a specialized entrepreneurship education organization focused on fostering entrepreneurs and future talent through project-based entrepreneurship education and coaching.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to gradually promote ▲joint development of an AI practical training curriculum for aspiring entrepreneurs ▲free provision of the Liner Pro plan ▲joint operation of AI practical content ▲analysis of user behavior and enhancement of functions based on educational data.
The first collaborative program will be a two-week "Liner-based Business Plan Writing Training" for Korean students studying in Indonesia from the 16th to the 28th. The program focuses on strengthening global entrepreneurship capabilities based on the local market environment.
Liner plans to reduce the difficulties aspiring entrepreneurs face in market research and idea development through AI research agents, creating an environment where they can focus on strategic thinking.
Kim Jin-woo, CEO of Liner, said, "Despite the popularization of AI, many people lack sufficient knowledge of how to utilize it." He added, "It's important to not only develop the technology, but also teach how to utilize it effectively. Going forward, we will connect technology and education to create an environment where everyone can practically utilize AI."
Kim Jeong-heon, CEO of UDIMPACT, said, “Our students will be able to naturally acquire practical AI capabilities through Liner’s AI tools and experience hands-on training with the free benefits of Liner Pro.” He added, “We hope that this collaboration will expand the use of AI agents within the global startup ecosystem.”
