Softsphere Changes Company Name to Three Rabbits Company

Softsphere , which owns Banggu Seok Research Institute and Metab, announced on the 23rd that it has changed its name to ‘Semari Rabbit Company.’

Semaritokki Company (CEO Im Ha-eun, hereinafter Semaritokki) has changed its name to strengthen its identity as a participatory creative agency, and plans to position itself as an agency that implements creatives so that brands can be naturally shared on consumers' social media.

The Three Rabbits concept borrows from the idiom "catching three rabbits," embodying the pursuit of creative solutions that satisfy the needs of the brand, consumers, and advertising agencies. Through this, the goal is to achieve the brand's objectives, encourage voluntary consumer participation, and foster creative success for the advertising agency.

The new corporate identity (CI) uses the consonant 'ㅌ' symbolizing a trap to intuitively convey the mission.

Semaritokki started as an in-house venture of the DSMC Group in 2020 and was spun off as an independent corporation a year later. Within three years of its founding, it has won 14 awards in major domestic and international advertising awards.

Semari Toki continues to adhere to a marketing strategy based on voluntary consumer participation, and starting this year, it plans to expand its business model with comprehensive campaigns. Last year, it collaborated with Binggrae, GS25, the National Unification Committee, and the Life Insurance Social Contribution Foundation to create interactive content, videos, and offline campaigns.

Lim Ha-eun, CEO of Semaritokki, said, “In the future, brands that can encourage and verify voluntary consumer participation will lead the marketing market,” and added, “We will become a partner that provides creative solutions to our client brands.”
