DK Tech Inc. (CEO Won-joo Lee), a subsidiary of Kakao IT solutions development company, announced on the 22nd that it has built a one-stop car tuning AI chatbot, 'KATI', based on its chatbot platform, 'Kakao i Connect Talk'.
KATI is an AI chatbot service that allows users to search for and make payments for car tuning companies on the 'KATI KakaoTalk Official Channel' operated by the Korea Automobile Tuning Industry Association. After completing the initial vehicle authentication, users can use various functions such as ▲search for tuning companies in the area of interest ▲real-time consultation ▲reservation of tuning services ▲payment of costs.
The Korea Automobile Tuning Industry Association is the only domestic automobile tuning service certification agency under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and provides reliable tuning services in Carti by carefully selecting over 400 companies. Through this, users can proceed with company information, as well as various tuning services such as wrapping, tinting, and structural changes, as well as estimate confirmation and payment in one stop.
In addition, the two companies will cooperate with the Korea Transportation Safety Authority this year to strengthen the competitiveness and improve professionalism of the domestic automobile tuning market, link administrative services required for automobile tuning through chatbots, and provide information such as educational programs for automobile tuning professionals.

Meanwhile, DK Tech is providing a 'KakaoTalk-based business specialized platform' that does not require separate app installation to various industries such as the public and distribution sectors by utilizing 'Kakao i Connect Talk' that applies Kakao's AI technology and AML (Advanced Machine Learning). Representative examples of implementation include △Yangpyeong-gun Office's smart civil affairs administration system 'Smart Yangpyeong Talk Talk' and △e-commerce CS solution 'Chatbot Now'.
