Galloping announced on the 22nd that it has signed a partnership with DJ Sports Group. This collaboration is expected to strengthen its competitiveness in the global sports market through the development of a scouting platform and innovation in youth training programs.
Galloping is a startup that provides vision AI-based soccer technology capability analysis and data-based soccer team operation solutions (AI SOCCER). It recently opened the 'Galloping Soccer AI Center' in Pangyo and is expanding its presence in the domestic sports market. In addition, it has attracted a total of 2 billion won in investment from Korea University Technology Holdings, SMEs and Startups Agency, The Invention Lab, and Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, and its technological prowess has been recognized. Galloping is the first in Korea to establish a national ranking system utilizing soccer technology data, and plans to strengthen the competitiveness of its AI-based solutions in the global sports market in the future.
DJ Sports Group is strengthening its position in the Asian sports market through the management of coach Kim Sang-sik, who led Vietnam to victory in the Mitsubishi Cup, and is a sports management specialist group with experience in advancing Vietnamese football to the international level through collaboration with coach Park Hang-seo. DJ Sports Group is comprised of DJ Management, DJ Management Vietnam, Inspired Asian Management, and Avnil Corporation, and is expanding its business throughout Asia.
Through this partnership, the two companies plan to digitize the data management system for players, coaches, and managers, and accelerate expansion into the Asian market. Galloping will lead the innovation of player scouting and youth training programs by utilizing AI-based technology.
