STC Lab Wave Autoscale Selected as Amazon EKS Ready Partner

STC Lab (CEO Hyungjun Park), a traffic and resource management solution company, announced on the 22nd that its cloud efficiency solution, WaveAutoScale, has been selected as a partner for the Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), a managed Kubernetes service of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Service Ready Program (SRP).

SRP from global cloud leader AWS is a program that verifies whether specific software products operate smoothly and stably in various AWS environments. Passing AWS’s pre-verification means that customers can trust the product.

Wave Autoscale is the first domestic solution to be selected for the Amazon EKS Ready Program. Through this, STC Lab has been upgraded from a ‘validated partner’ to a ‘differentiated partner’ in the AWS Partner Network.

To obtain AWS SRP certification, you must demonstrate technical compatibility in the AWS environment and undergo a thorough technical review by AWS Partner Solution Architects. In particular, you must meet the six principles of ▲operational excellence ▲security ▲stability ▲performance ▲cost optimization ▲sustainability.

Wave Autoscale is a cloud-native operational automation solution for autoscaling and resource optimization in a Kubernetes cloud environment. It overcomes the limitations of basic cloud functions by utilizing machine learning and automatically adjusts resources to reduce the burden of cloud infrastructure management and support cost reduction and performance optimization. With these strengths, it received high marks in the AWS SRP technology evaluation.

This certification enables AWS architects around the world to introduce WaveAutoScale to their customers as a third-party solution. WaveAutoScale helps enterprises using Amazon EKS automate Kubernetes operations to maximize resource efficiency, and is guaranteed to operate across a variety of infrastructure configurations, including AWS public, hybrid cloud, on-premises, and edge Kubernetes.

STC Lab CEO Hyungjun Park said, “In this era of cloud native, we are finally seeing an Amazon EKS Ready Partner in Korea, and I am so happy that our company is the main character of it. We will do our best to help the Korean cloud ecosystem take a leap forward, and we will attempt full-scale expansion both domestically and globally.”
