Korea Credit Data appoints former Naver CEO Kim Sang-heon as an outside director.

Korea Credit Data (KCD), the operator of ' Cash Note ', announced that it has appointed former Naver CEO Kim Sang-heon as an outside director.

Kim Sang-heon, a former judge at the Seoul Central District Court (19th class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute), is an IT executive with a legal background. He served as Vice President of the LG Group's legal team before joining Naver (then NHN) in 2007 and serving as Naver's CEO for eight years, from 2009 to 2017. Even after leaving his position as CEO of Naver, Kim has remained active, investing in and advising unicorn companies such as Hyperconnect, Woowa Brothers, and Radish.

Outside Director Kim Sang-heon said, “I am delighted that Korea Credit Data is contributing to driving service innovation for small and medium-sized businesses in Korea,” and added, “I will use my experience to help KCD provide value to more businesses and spread innovation.”
