Seoul National University Technology Holdings Invests in 'Nanum Vitamin'

Nanum Vitamin announced on the 21st that it had attracted additional investment following the pre-A round from Seoul National University Technology Holdings. This investment was the result of a high evaluation of Nanum Vitamin’s business viability and platform expansion potential.

Nanum Vitamin is developing a 'hyper-personalized welfare platform' that goes beyond the limitations of existing welfare systems through an AI-based customized welfare platform, and is proposing a new paradigm of donation and welfare with an innovative model called B2B Donation Ops. The company's core vision is to move welfare away from passive support and empower beneficiaries to choose the help they need.

CEO Kim Ha-yeon said, “We are going beyond simply connecting donations and welfare to build an all-in-one social contribution system for companies and organizations,” and “Since being selected for the TIPS project, we have been focusing on developing customized welfare solutions for vulnerable groups and efficient social contribution SaaS.”

The domestic donation market is growing to a scale of 16 trillion won, but complex administrative procedures and lack of transparency still remain major challenges in the market. Nanum Vitamin is reducing costs and increasing efficiency through an automated operating system, and is leading qualitative changes in welfare by reducing psychological burdens on beneficiaries and expanding choices through hyper-personalized customized welfare solutions.

Nanum Vitamin achieved transactions of over 400 million won with 60,000 affiliated stores in just one year since its establishment, and is contributing to solving various social problems through public-private cooperation with the Korea Health Management Association, Baedal Minjok, and Bon Dosirak. In addition, these achievements have been consistently recognized in the field of social contribution, including winning the National Assembly Standing Committee Chairman’s Award for Social Contribution.

Based on this investment, Nanum Vitamin plans to maximize social value through nationwide platform expansion and collaboration with more companies. The platform that uses AI and data to quickly discover blind spots in welfare and accurately deliver necessary support has the potential to become a new standard in the global welfare market.

CEO Kim Ha-yeon said, “The subjects of welfare are the beneficiaries themselves,” and expressed her aspiration to “take the lead in creating a better world by building a digital ecosystem for donations and welfare.” Nanum Vitamin plans to continue to lead welfare innovation based on digital technology and open a new era of welfare.
