SmileShark announced that it has obtained the latest AWS MSP 6.0 certification from the Amazon Web Services (AWS) MSP (Managed Service Provider) Partner Program. This certification is an official recognition of SmileShark’s technical prowess and reliability in the field of cloud management services, and is the result of meeting AWS’s strengthened standards throughout the entire process of designing, operating, and optimizing customer workloads.
The AWS MSP 6.0 certification has significantly strengthened the evaluation criteria compared to the existing MSP 5.0, and is characterized by the addition of the latest customer case study announced in 2024 and Web Presence as mandatory requirements. In addition, AI and ML technology utilization ability and sustainability criteria have been newly included, and security management systems and cost optimization strategies have also been reflected as key evaluation criteria.
This certification means that SmileShark’s technology is competitive in the cloud MSP market, as there are only a few companies in Korea that have obtained AWS MSP 6.0 certification. SmileShark plans to further solidify its leading position in the cloud management service market through this achievement and the newly reorganized M1 and M2 services.
