Neptune Co., Ltd. (Respective Representatives Kang Yul-bin and Jeong Wook) announced that it has completed the acquisition of a 51.37% stake in mobile game developer Phantom Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Sang-heon).

Phantom's representative works include 'Penguin's Island', which recorded 30 million downloads globally, and 'Souls', which surpassed 100 billion won in global cumulative sales.

In particular, both 'Penguin Island' and 'Souls' were released in major markets such as North America and Europe through publishing contracts with 'Habby', a global game publisher well known for 'Archer's Legend', and currently 85% of Phantom's total sales are generated overseas.

Neptune has continuously invested in and acquired mobile game developers with outstanding development capabilities and successful experiences to strengthen the global competitiveness of its game business.
