Pluto Signs MOU with Javer

Artificial intelligence (AI) language data company Pluto announced on the 20th that it signed a business cooperation agreement (MOU) with content delivery service 'Jabber' on the afternoon of the 17th for the development of AI multilingual communication technology.

This agreement aims to improve AI multilingual communication service technology and establish a mid- to long-term cooperation system. Through this agreement, the two companies plan to expand the notification message service for corporate customers to foreign customers.

According to the agreement, Pluto and Jaber will ▲ explore multilingual communication businesses and establish a mutual sales cooperation system, ▲ jointly develop customer interaction service technology related to real-time interpretation and translation solutions, and ▲ cooperate in building data to develop multilingual customer guidance services and improve chatbot functions.

In particular, we plan to develop a new business model by combining Pluto’s AI translation technology with Jaber’s content delivery service, and thereby create synergy in the global business field. In addition, we plan to cooperate in strengthening the global competitiveness of companies using Jaber’s services by incorporating AI translation solutions when they advance into overseas markets such as the U.S. and Japan.

Pluto CTO Kang Dong-han said, “This agreement is significant in that it will accelerate the introduction of multilingual services by companies based on the technologies and experiences of both companies,” and added, “We will continue to advance AI language data technology to provide even more valuable global communication solutions.”

“This agreement will be an important opportunity to create new market value by combining the strengths of both companies,” said Jaber CEO Lee Dong-wook. “We will continue to make efforts to help companies communicate smoothly with foreigners residing in Korea and overseas users.”
