[Silicon Valley, USA] The 'UKF2025' event held by the United Korean Founders (UKF), a network of Korean entrepreneurs in the US, in Silicon Valley was successfully concluded with over 1,000 attendees. UKF announced plans to hold a 'Korea Week' in New York in October with 5,000 attendees.
At this event held on the 10th (local time) at the Fox Theatre, a symbolic performance venue in Silicon Valley, Professor Andrew Ng of Stanford University appeared as a keynote speaker and attracted much attention. Professor Ng said, “I decided to attend because I knew that UKF is the most influential Korean founder community.”

UKF has announced plans for Korea Week, which will take place in New York from October 22 to 24. Officially sponsored by the city of New York, the event will feature a business trade show and cultural festival showcasing Korean culture and products.
“Korea Week will not be an event just for Koreans, but a global festival for everyone interested in Korean culture and business,” said Chairman Se-Joo Jeong, who founded unicorn healthcare company Noom in New York.
Currently, more than 250 executives from major domestic companies, representatives of small and medium-sized companies, and local tech industry workers in New York have confirmed their participation in Korea Week. UKF will provide practical business networking opportunities, such as arranging 1:1 business meetings between Korean companies and local buyers.
Founded in 2018, UKF has been working to build networks and share experiences among Korean entrepreneurs, mainly in Silicon Valley. The successful hosting of this UKF2025 event is evaluated as setting a new milestone for the Korean entrepreneurship ecosystem in the United States.
