Nol Universe joins hands with BGF Retail

Nol Universe (Co-CEOs Bae Bo-chan and Choi Hwi-young) is joining hands with BGF Retail (CEO Min Seung-bae) to create a customer-centered leisure ecosystem.

The signing ceremony held on the morning of the 16th at the BGF Retail headquarters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul was attended by key figures such as Nol Universe Co-CEO Bae Bo-chan and BGF Retail CEO Min Seung-bae. Through this agreement, the two companies agreed to expand the scope of customer experience and maximize mutual synergy. The plan is to strengthen customer value by combining Nol Universe’s leisure expertise with BGF Retail’s network competitiveness to pioneer new business areas through data combination and promote various marketing activities.

As part of the strategic collaboration, the two companies will establish a system that allows customers to effectively utilize services and benefits. They plan to provide benefits that allow customers to simultaneously accumulate points that can be used at Nol Universe when accumulating points at CU, a convenience store operated by BGF Retail. They also plan to jointly plan and launch products and services that cover leisure and daily life. They expect to introduce limited edition collaboration products that can only be found at CU, while Nol Universe will develop travel products in conjunction with CU to meet the diverse needs of customers.
