Volta and Bunnyrate, a fintech company specializing in financial outsourcing, announced on the 16th that they are pursuing a strategic collaboration to improve the efficiency of corporate payment settlement operations.
Through this collaboration, the two companies plan to provide services that will improve companies’ complex and inefficient payment settlement processes and help them focus on their core businesses.
BurnyRate is a fintech startup that provides financial outsourcing services for companies across the entire financial management spectrum, including accounting, financial reporting, and budget management, giving clients the opportunity to secure financial expertise at a low cost and maximize management efficiency.
Volta is a fintech service that provides easy issuance and management of electronic tax invoices. It recently completed the development and launched essential financial services in the settlement process, such as reverse issuance of tax invoices and confirmation of transfer. Volta decided to provide additional services, such as reverse issuance of tax invoices, to Burnyrate’s corporate customers in addition to the existing simple tax invoice issuance/management service, to help improve the efficiency of settlement work.
The tax invoice reverse issuance service is mainly used when issuing tax invoices that match the settlement amount on platforms, etc., by having the service recipient create an electronic tax invoice and send it to the service provider, who then approves the tax invoice through an electronic signature.
“The core goal of this collaboration is to eliminate the complexity of the settlement process and establish a more systematic and accurate process,” said Yang Won-seok, CEO of Burnyrate. “Through this, companies will be able to secure expertise in settlement management and maximize operational efficiency.”
“The most important thing in settlement services is accuracy and stability. Volta automates the issuance of tax invoices and confirmation of transfers, enabling companies to process their work more quickly,” said Lee Moon-hyeok, CEO of Volta. “This collaboration will be an opportunity to further enhance the efficiency of companies’ settlement management.”
