Apartment Eye, Fire Department Award

Apartment Eye received an award from the National Fire Agency in recognition of its contributions to fire prevention.

Apartment Eye's 'Mobile Fire Household Inspection' and 'Apartment Fire Evacuation Plan Establishment' services played a significant role in this award. The 'Mobile Fire Household Inspection' service helps each household conduct fire prevention inspections easily, and the 'Apartment Fire Evacuation Plan Establishment' service helps establish evacuation plans in the event of a fire. The National Fire Agency said, "Apartment Eye's mobile service was highly evaluated for being easily applicable to residents' real lives and being able to deliver information directly."

Apartment Eye Planning Team Leader Yoo Gwan-hyung said, “We are glad that the service we developed for the safety and convenience of residents has brought about good results,” and “We will continue to work with the National Fire Agency to create a safer apartment life.”

In order to reduce the inconvenience of residents having to manually fill out the inspection list and submit it to the management office, Apartment Eye launched the 'Fire Unit Inspection' service in accordance with mandatory inspection of apartment facilities from December 2022. As of now, 900,000 households and approximately 17,000 complexes are utilizing this service and are seeing real fire prevention effects.

In addition, Apartment Eye has been holding a consultative meeting with the Fire Department since March of last year and has been providing the 'Apartment Fire Evacuation Plan Establishment' mobile service to help apartment residents establish fire evacuation plans. This service provides the ability to check different evacuation facilities for each complex and household and establish an evacuation plan assuming a fire situation.
