UDM Tech participates in 'CES 2025'

UDM Tech announced on the 14th that it participated in 'CES 2025' held in Las Vegas, USA.

At this exhibition, UDM Tech unveiled the global version of its solution, 'Optra Black-box', which diagnoses equipment conditions that occur during automation system operation and supports predictive maintenance. It also presented a demo simulation that links with Rockwell Automation's Allen-Bradley PLC, which has the largest share of industrial PLCs in the North American market.

'Optra Black-box' is a solution that diagnoses the equipment status occurring in the automation system in real time and enables predictive maintenance. Like an aircraft black box, it records all operation signals at the control program level along with images. If an abnormality occurs, it is a technology that reproduces the relevant operation content and analyzes trends and abnormal patterns through AI.

UDMTech has developed a technology that uses an artificial intelligence model based on a graph neural network (GNN) to find errors or incorrect connections that may occur in a PLC controller program and automatically check them to increase the efficiency of equipment predictive maintenance. This technology holds a domestic patent and is also being applied for in the United States.

UDM Tech said that through this CES 2025 exhibition, it emphasized its machine language interpretation technology and differentiation, and introduced compatibility and effectiveness with control systems leading the North American market. In addition, through this exhibition, it held discussions with about 30 global companies including those in the US and Japan on the application of its solutions.
