VMIC, NexusJet and Business Jet Business Partnership


Airline leasing management company VMIC (CEO Nam Kyo-hoon) announced that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with NexusJet (CEO Han Kyu-hyun), which is promoting the business jet business, for aircraft asset management, joint development of new business models, and cooperation in global expansion.

The signing ceremony held on the 13th was attended by key executives from both companies, including VMI CEO Nam Kyo-hoon and Nexus Jet CEO Han Kyu-hyun. Through this agreement, the two companies agreed to establish a cooperative system for joint business of Business Jet and strengthen a strategic partnership for cooperation in global expansion of the Business Jet business.

Under this agreement, VMIC will provide optimized business jet management solutions based on its expertise in aircraft leasing and operational management, while NexusJet will be responsible for stable operations and customer service utilizing its global network. In addition, the two companies will establish a new systematic operation plan for the safe asset management of business jets and jointly develop an efficient asset utilization model. They also plan to jointly develop customized services for global business jet operations and expand collaboration to ensure that the business can successfully enter the global market.

Nam Kyo-hoon, CEO of VMI, said, “Through this collaboration, we expect to accelerate the global expansion of the domestic business jet industry, strengthen the profitability of the business by establishing a safe and efficient operating system, and achieve rapid growth.” He added, “By combining the strengths of both companies, we will create a new standard for the business jet industry.”

Through this agreement, the two companies will work closely together to strengthen their competitiveness in the private jet business, explore and attempt new business opportunities, and create sustainable growth.
