
The world's most powerful technology event, CES® 2025, closed on the 10th in Las Vegas local time, welcoming over 141,000 attendees. This year, CES featured 4,500 exhibitors and over 6,000 media from around the world, including 1,400 startups, showcasing innovations and technology trends that solve global challenges and shape the future.
“CES is where innovation happens,” said Gary Shapiro, vice chair and CEO of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA). “It brings together all members of the tech ecosystem, from large companies to innovative startups. CES is the place to launch groundbreaking new products that define the future of technology, forge important partnerships and explore a wide range of business opportunities.”

“This year’s CES accelerated the pace of evolution through creativity, connectivity and innovation, inspiring attendees with visionary keynotes, thought-provoking conference sessions and stunning exhibits,” he added.
Also, as one of the most transparent trade shows, CES adheres to the rigorous auditing standards set by UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry), ensuring the integrity of reports through independent auditors and building trust among stakeholders.
“CES is unique in that it is the largest audited annual business event,” said Fabrizio. “CTA believes auditing is the gold standard for global business events and we look forward to announcing third-party certification this spring.”

◆ CES 2025 Key Highlights
- AI: CES 2025 was notable for its diverse exhibits and programs that connected the relationship between humans and AI. From AI-based tools that increase productivity to medical innovations, it proved that AI is not just a technology, but an innovation that changes lives. Major exhibitors included Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, AMD, Hisense, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Siemens, and TCL.
- Digital Health: The Venetian was buzzing with energy as digital health was integrated into the smart lifestyle. CES has established itself as a leading healthcare convention, exploring a range of healthcare advancements that are revolutionizing patient care and life extension, including biotechnology, telemedicine, and wellness technologies. It was a particularly enthusiastic response from attendees, highlighting how technology is changing our daily lives, especially in health and wellness. Key exhibitors and sponsors included AARP, Abbott, Eyebot, FlowBeams, Lumia Health, OnMed, Panasonic, ResMed, and Withings.
- Energy Transition: Along with the increasing demand for high-power technologies such as AI, cloud, and other data center innovations, the energy transition toward zero carbon emissions was also a major theme at CES 2025. Experimental energy solutions including batteries and energy storage technologies, new energy sources such as green hydrogen, and small modular nuclear reactors were featured. Key exhibitors included SK, Eaton, Jackery, Otrera, and Sony Honda Mobility.
- Mobility: Innovations in mobility span across a range of sectors, from construction to agriculture, marine technology and advanced air transport. New models from global OEMs stand out, along with planes and boats upgraded with autonomous and electric technology, while construction and industrial automation contribute to improved safety and addressing labor shortages. Key exhibitors include Aptera Motors, BMW, Bosch, Brunswick, Caterpillar, Daedong, Garmin, Honda, Invo Station, John Deere, Kubota, Mobileye, Oshkosh, Scout Motors, Sumitomo Rubber, Scout Motors, Suzuki, Waymo, Xpeng AeroHT, and Zeekr.
- Quantum: CES 2025 showcased the latest innovations in quantum technology, offering a glimpse into the future. Quantum technology leverages the properties of quantum mechanics to enable three areas: enhanced networking, computing, and sensing. In particular, it showed how quantum computing, along with AI, is revolutionizing research and computational capabilities in finance, chemistry, and logistics. Key exhibitors included SK, QSIMPLUS, Integrated Quantum Photonics, IonQ, and Quandela.
- Sustainability: Sustainability has become a key theme driving technological innovation, especially in the context of the energy transition. This year’s CES showcased new battery technologies, alternative materials like graphene, off-grid renewable energy solutions, and innovative technologies like synthetic microbes, bioplastics, and self-healing concrete that will contribute to sustainable construction. Key exhibitors include Hydrofic, Lyten, Melliens, and Panasonic.
- Startups: Eureka Park is alive with 1,400 startups from 39 countries, including pavilions representing Korea, Japan, Africa, the European Union (EU), France, Italy, Israel, Switzerland, and Ukraine. Eureka Park is a place where innovators, investors, and media can come together to experience and discuss the technologies that will shape our future, including AI, digital health, and sustainability.
The keynote stage featured global leaders from NVIDIA, Panasonic Holdings Corporation, SiriusXM, X, Delta Air Lines, Volvo Group, Accenture, and Waymo.
