Daeryun Law Firm Signs MOU with Korea M&A Exchange

Daeryun Law Firm announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korea M&A Exchange (KMX).

This MOU signing ceremony was held on the 9th at the office of the Korea M&A Exchange, and was attended by CEO Kim Guk-il of Daeryun, Vice CEO Choi Yi-seon, Attorney Bang In-tae, Chairman Lee Chang-heon of the Korea M&A Exchange, and President Eom Jun-yong.

Korea M&A Exchange (KMX) is a domestic M&A platform organization that manages M&A requests from over 10,000 companies, including Matok (M&A platform). Since its establishment in 2006, it has held M&A information on not only domestic but also overseas companies in China, Japan, India, etc. KMX has established itself as a representative M&A brokerage firm in Korea.

Through this MOU, Daeryun will provide various legal services such as legal advice and regulatory review, and will help establish a stable M&A conclusion environment. Specifically, it plans to provide advice in various areas such as reviewing M&A-related contracts, analyzing legal risks, checking regulatory requirements such as reviewing violations, and preventing and resolving legal disputes during the transaction process.

Lee Chang-heon, Chairman of the Korea M&A Exchange, said, “KMX is the number one exchange in the Korean M&A market, and is creating opportunities for cooperation by utilizing its M&A partner network and expanding its business capabilities such as preparation for listing,” and “We will create synergy by combining Daeryun’s systematic and professional legal services with M&A.”
