Alsquare CEO Lee Yong-gyun received the 2024 Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Award in recognition of his contributions to the advancement of land, infrastructure and transport.

With this award, Alsquare has received a government ministerial award or higher for the third consecutive year, following the 2022 Presidential Citation for Contribution to the Development of the Software Industry and the 2023 Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Award for Corporate Innovation.

Since 2012, CEO Lee Yong-gyun has led Alsquare, developing software and solutions based on over 300,000 real estate data, and contributing to resolving information imbalances and opacity in the commercial real estate market. In particular, in 2024, through IT services such as 'Alsquare Analytics (RA),' DataHub, and HomeDot, we will provide comprehensive real estate information services such as vacancy rates, rents, rental properties, sales trends, comparative building analysis, registration, and apartment building management.

In addition, as the chairman of the Startup Committee of the Korea Venture Business Association, CEO Lee Yong-gyun is actively supporting the global expansion of domestic startups. Recently, he selected five promising startups to participate in the 'UKF 82 Startup Summit 2025' with the Korea Venture Business Association and the Korea Startup Forum, and is providing practical support for overseas expansion, such as local VC matching in Silicon Valley.

CEO Lee Yong-gyun said in his acceptance speech, “I am delighted to be recognized for the importance of standardizing and systematizing data in the real estate market,” and added, “We will continue to work to increase information transparency in the market and to help domestic startups advance into the global market.”
