
On the 7th (local time in the US), Cosmo Group Chairman Heo Kyung-soo announced, “We will make 2025 the first year of the new Cosmo Group based on the full-scale launch of the wearable robot business, which has the world’s best competitiveness.”
Chairman Huh said this while attending the 'CES 2025', the world's largest consumer electronics show, which opened in Las Vegas, USA on this day.
Chairman Huh said, "While our Cosmo Group has secured a competitive edge by strengthening its secondary battery materials business, we have selected the robotics business as our future growth engine."
He added, “Cosmo Robotics, which has developed wearable robots for rehabilitation therapy, walking assistance robots, and industrial wearable suits, has become a leading global wearable robot company and has already obtained the world’s highest certifications, including the US FDA, the EU CE, and China’s CFDA, and will be the driving force behind the development of our robot business.”
Cosmo Robotics (CEOs Jooyoung Oh, Kyungsoo Heo, and Gon Kang) is receiving positive reviews for showcasing its innovative products and technologies at this year's CES, showcasing a total of six products, including the wearable robots EA2 PRO (for adults), BAM-T (for children), new wearable robots BAM-K (for children), EA Personal (for home use), COSuit (walking assistance), and the industrial wearable suit COSaver.
Meanwhile, Cosmo Robotics is an affiliate of Cosmo Group, which owns two listed companies, Cosmo Chemical and Cosmo New Materials.
