Link Tours Co., Ltd. , a developer of smart factory, autonomous manufacturing, and complex logistics solutions, announced that it has signed an official business agreement with ZS Robotics, a Chinese robot automation equipment company (4way Shuttle Robot).
Through this, the two companies agreed to become official partners and strengthen their capabilities in building autonomous manufacturing and complex logistics using robots.
Link Tours aims to implement smart city solutions, including manufacturing and logistics services, in line with the changing times. It is developing MES, QMS, WMS, WCS, and ACS software. ZS Robotics is a top-tier manufacturer and solution developer of robotic automation equipment in China.
Link Tours' collaboration with ZS Robotics on a 4-way pallet shuttle revolutionizes existing storage technology and raises the bar for productivity and efficiency. Unlike conventional pallet handling systems, the 4-way pallet shuttle allows for flexible and versatile pallet transport across multiple axes, maximizing storage capacity and streamlining warehouse operations.
Link Tours emphasized that it is highly unusual for a small or medium-sized company or venture company to sign a business agreement with a Chinese robotics company, and added that while it was common to develop solutions such as MES or QMS, encompassing both software and hardware in the smart factory field is an unusual achievement.
Link Tours CEO Seok-Jong Seo expressed his ambition, saying, “Through this business agreement with ZS Robotics, we will combine smart factories, factory automation, and AI elements with our robotics business to become a leader in the 4th Industrial Revolution that leads to autonomous manufacturing, robot factories, and smart factories, as well as the 5th Industrial Revolution that focuses on human-centered customized services and sustainability.”
This business agreement between the two companies is expected to be a significant step forward in the future development of autonomous manufacturing and complex logistics.
